How latex foam is produced
The first stage is the blending of raw materials. In a container, we combine latex and other additives to create the required compound for the next stage. But that’s not all. To achieve the quality of latex foam we produce, each raw material is carefully selected and tested with the aim of providing our customers with comfortable and durable products.
After the preparation of the compound, we move on to the production stage of latex foam itself. The compound is placed in a specific equipment that transforms it into liquid foam.
This liquid foam then goes through a thermal treatment phase. This process is crucial for obtaining solid foam. The foam roll is carefully monitored to ensure the quality and uniformity of the foam.

After the entire production process, the latex foam is ready to be applied in the footwear industry, as well as in other products for the home, decoration, and well-being.
